Every project is built by one person: me. No account managers, no handoffs between departments, no layers between you and the person writing the code. You email me, I reply. You have a question, I answer it. You want a change, I make it.

This is intentional. Small businesses deserve the same quality of software that large companies get, without the overhead, the jargon, or the six-figure invoices. I keep my client list small so every project gets full attention.

I come from operations. Years of managing marketing, business systems, technology, and internal tools for a growing company. That background means I understand the business problems behind the software. I know what it’s like to be the person who has to live with the tools every day.

I specialize in automation and integration because those are the highest-leverage tools available to small businesses right now. A well-built automation or system integration can save hours of work every week. Work that used to require either hiring another person or just accepting the inefficiency.
